1/12 scale Abyssinian cat felted sculpture

Hi everyone,
Here is another one of the 1/12 scale tiny felted miniature creation that I did months ago. I am running behind on my posts :P
This is a sculpture commission for a 1/12 scale Abyssinian cat. This sculpture gets to share it's home with two other cats I made in the past. I bet they will get along just great:)

I am very happy with the way it turned out, hope you like it too.

Here it is! It is ever so tiny :D

I love his sweet expression :)

Here it is standing next to my 1/12 scale bjd. It is sooooo tiny and adorable!
The gorgeous shoes that my doll is wearing are made by Judith Blondell...

Hope you enjoyed this post as much as I enjoyed making it.
Wishing everyone a lovely day and many of life's little gifts:)

Spring is almost here!!!

On that happy note, see you next post

1/6 scale cat portrait miniature felted sculpture

Hi everyone,
Here is another miniature I was commissioned to make.
This is a miniature portrait of a beautiful cat named Molly. This is a 1/6 scale sculpture.
I though her coat was very lovely, it looked like it was made of small sunlight beams that found there way on her fur through the shadows of a tree.

Here she is

And here is the real Molly.

Thanks for looking and see you next post.

Miniature felted animal orange tabby cat sculpture

Happy new year everyone!
Wishing that 2017 will bring you everything from health and happiness to mindfulness and everything that matters in life.

I haven't took the time to post my miniatures as of late for health reasons however I had to take the opportunity to wish everyone a happy new year!

So here is one of the commissions I did of a felted orange tabby cat.
Here was my mission:
I had to recreate the cat from a tv show from the sixties (Land of the giants) to a scale that would match the scale of my client's model spaceship. Here is the scene from the show that needed to be recreated.

Here is the cat I made. I placed it over the printed photograph to get a better idea.

Here are a couple more pictures showing the cat in different angles and positions.

The sculpture needed to match the scale of the model ship

So it made a very big 1/12 scale cat

My client was kind enough to send me pictures of the base he made to display the ship and the cat so it was pretty cool to see my cat in his new surroundings. I wanted to share.

Now I just have to watch that tv show!!

And on that note, I wish you all happy holidays and a happy new year!
