Custom 1/12 scale felted animals on a movable metal wire armature

My love for miniatures, animals and dolls has always been very strong. Drawing, sculpting and animation are also part of my passions. Since I am an eternal kid inside, I like to move and play with my miniatures which lead me to learn needle felting so that I can make movable scupltures on a metal armature. My sculptures can take many positions and are made from a mix of wool and silk. They are 1/12 scale and are made to fit in any dollhouse scene. I simply love to do custom sculptures of people's pets and am always looking forward to a new challenge. I also started to make ball jointed dolls which has been a passion of mine since I can remember. I am open for commissions, please contact me should you have any questions or comments.

My 2015 miniature Toronto show loot

Hi all,
I wanted to share some of the things that caught my eyes at the Toronto show.

My first stop was to see Marie-Luce Pelletier's pottery for our exchange: Raton art exchange
This is what I got in exchange for miniature Raton. I was soo happy, she made green and brown pots at my request, she had never used those colours together before. I think they look amazing! I am crazy about the soup tureen! Just love it all!

Just look at the details, its amazing how she does it!

My husband spotted this teapot and I fell in love with it so he wanted to purchase it and surprised me but I cought him in the act... Isn't he sweet:D

This is my Marie-Luce Pelletier collection so far...

I stopped to see Gary Wright and his lovely sculptures, this time I coudn't afford to get one of his bronze sculptures but I still had the oportunity to look at the magnificient things he does. This year he had really cool clocks and again I forgot to bring my camera... He still had some sculptures with Ivory faces that looked amazing, just like the one I remembered...

Then I purchased this spider web from the shop Eclectica. I have been looking at these since the first time I started collecting miniatures and i thought this year I would get one. It looks so real it actually gives me the creeps and it fascinates me at the same time... I don't even like spiders usually but I thought it would be a nice Halloween prop, + there is no danger of eating this one while I sleep...

And that's it. I was disapointed to see that there were less artisans this year, hopefully there will be more next year...
Thanks for looking:D
