Custom 1/12 scale felted animals on a movable metal wire armature

My love for miniatures, animals and dolls has always been very strong. Drawing, sculpting and animation are also part of my passions. Since I am an eternal kid inside, I like to move and play with my miniatures which lead me to learn needle felting so that I can make movable scupltures on a metal armature. My sculptures can take many positions and are made from a mix of wool and silk. They are 1/12 scale and are made to fit in any dollhouse scene. I simply love to do custom sculptures of people's pets and am always looking forward to a new challenge. I also started to make ball jointed dolls which has been a passion of mine since I can remember. I am open for commissions, please contact me should you have any questions or comments.

Montreal miniature show 2015

Wow another Montreal miniature show! It arrived so fast this year! I can't wait to see all the wonderfull miniatures! It will be so much fun! Hopefully there will be Judith Blondell shoes and gorgeous knits from Lise Ashby! Yeahhhhhh!

This year again I will have the pleasure to sell some of my dogs and cats at Créations Libellule's table. Ginette is so very sweet! I am very excited to get my miniatures out there once more. I will have a longed hair Shih-tzu, a Shorkie, a Yorkshire Terrier, 2 tabby kittens and hopfully I will have my white persian cat and calico cat ready in time for the event! I have been working hard on commisions and have found very little time to update as much as I would like. I should have beautiful pugs sculptures ready soon that I can't wait to share. So many animals I would like to do... So little time... Snif!

Gotta get back to work now!

Okay, all done! I managed to finish my cats on time for the show!
It was really fun! Here is a picture of my felted animals on Création Libellule's table.

See you next post!
